As the Office Manager for MQ Realty Group, I lead the day-to-day operations of the brokerage and ensure that our agents and clients receive the highest level of support. My role allows me to combine organization, leadership, and service—qualities that also define my work as a real estate professional.

In addition to managing the office, I am a committed Realtor® who guides clients through the buying, selling, and investing process with confidence and ease. My background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, which provide a strong foundation in business strategy, communication, and people management.

I am passionate about creating smooth, successful real estate experiences and take pride in helping clients achieve their goals with clarity, care, and professionalism.
